    PLEASE NOTE BEGINNERS CLASSES START THE BEGINNING OF JANUARY 2025! Select the sessions you are interested in training, either 1 a week or 2. We will be in touch with you to move forward with organising your start in January. Timetable - 12 years plus, Tuesdays - 6 pm - 7 pm - Adults 7 pm - 8 pm - Murrayside Community Centre, Nacton Road, Ipswich. Sundays 10 am - 11 am & 11am - 12 pm -& 2 pm - 3 pm **Rushmere road, Ipswich. Mixed Classes (male, female & non-binary) (Address is Murrayside Community Centre, Nacton Road, Ipswich, IP39JL.) ** Sundays at Rushmere road, Ipswich, IP44JU.
